EnableLabs embarked on an impressive journey, commencing with a small group of startup pioneers who were driven by the mission to raise awareness and aid businesses in their journey towards embracing sustainability and the circular economy.

Our mission from the beginning has been to solve major management challenges - specifically inefficiency, lack of transparency, and lack of smoothness in operations to achieve great goals

Initially, we introduced a single product: consulting on sustainable development solutions and connecting to form a circular economy. Over the years, our services have expanded and improved,includes services from business development support to public policy consulting, from only from just consulting to providing complete solutions, from traditional solutions to to applying the latest technologies.

Giang Ngoc Le

Founder of Enable Labs, a pioneering organization dedicated to aiding businesses in their sustainable transformation endeavors and entry into the circular economy.

With a distinguished career spanning decades, Giang has showcased his expertise, leadership, and prowess in orchestrating government engagements and corporate strategies across a myriad of prominent companies in Vietnam. In his most recent role at Vietnam's unicorn conglomerate, VNPAY, Giang served as the Chairman's Strategies and Government Affairs Advisor. In this capacity, he actively monitored and analyzed government regulations and market developments, represented the company in interactions with governmental bodies, and spearheaded government engagement initiatives across key sectors, including banking enablement, digital payments, online travel, and retail. Additionally, at VNPAY Giang assumed responsibilities as the Director of Legal and Compliance, overseeing legal and compliance matters; and as the Head of the Supervisory Committee, providing strategic guidance and evaluating business performance and financial matters.

Prior to his corporate roles, Giang was a pivotal figure in policy-making at the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam. His contributions encompassed crafting regulations and proposing public initiatives to instigate new business models and avenues for growth. He played a pivotal role in shaping policy and enforcing regulations, leading research and framework development for pivotal and emerging sectors, such as financial services, international trade, investment, and environmental protection. In particular, he led an inter-ministerial team to compile reports on the proposal of legal frameworks for digital assets and cryptocurrencies, blockchain applications, and fintech sandboxes in Vietnam.

Giang's academic achievements include an Engineering degree in Material Science from Hanoi University of Technology, a Bachelor's degree in Law from Hanoi Law University, and a Master's in Public Affairs with a focus on Policy Analysis from Indiana University in the USA.

Dat Tien Nguyen

Dat Tien Nguyen holds a European Master's degree in Language and Communication Technologies from the University of Trento, Italy, complemented by a M.Sc. in Cognitive Science and Computer Science from Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Vietnam National University in Hanoi. Dat Tien's academic journey also includes pursuing a Ph.D. at the Informatics Institute of the University of Amsterdam, Netherlands, where he contributed to research in neural document ranking, dataset ranking, and coherence modelling for documents and conversations. He has also worked as an Applied Research Scientist at the Qatar Computing Research Institute (QCRI) in Doha, Qatar, specialising in deep learning for NLP and participating in the Artificial Intelligence for Disaster Response (AIDR) project.

Dat Tien currently serves as a Data Engineer and Data Scientist at Teko Vietnam, where he excels in designing data models, implementing ETL processes, and conducting product and customer segmentation. Prior to this, Dat Tien was a Research Intern at Microsoft Research AI in Montreal, Canada, where he delved into multimodal machine learning with a focus on language, vision, and dialogue technology. He is proficient in programming languages such as Python and technical frameworks like Tensorflow, Caffe, and NLTK.

Bobby Chew Kok Siong

Bobby has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology industry in Brunei, Malaysia, Vietnam and Southeast Asia. His extensive expertise ranges from complex business change programs, treasury management and foreign project implementation at Vietnam’s Big 4 banks including Vietnam Commercial Bank of Vietnam, Bank For Investment And Development Of Vietnam, VietinBank along with Islamic Bank of Brunei Berhad and Islamic Development Bank of Brunei. He was also appointed as Account Manager at the world’s leading software company Temenos where he championed the development and upgrading of IT projects, banking system optimization and data warehouse management for top 10 banks in Vietnam and local powerhouses such as Vietnam Electricity (EVN). Bobby has also worked as business analyst, software engineer and system implementer to develop Money Market, FOREX and Capital Market Treasury System, software and code analysis, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis during his tenure at the global banking software and utilities company Silverlake System Sdn Bhd.

Dr. Tuan Van Nguyen

Dr. Tuan holds a Ph.D. in Law from Latrobe University in Melbourne, Australia, and an LL.M. in International Business Law (honours) from Vrije University of Amsterdam. As a Partner at LNT & Partners, Dr. Tuan leads the firm's corporate practice group, advising on international private laws, foreign investment, corporate compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.

Prior to joining LNT & Partners, Dr. Tuan was appointed as Deputy Director of the Legal Department at Vietnam’s flagship carrier Vietnam Airlines, where he advised on foreign laws, intellectual property, aircraft leasing, and dispute resolution. His previous roles included heading the International Private Law Division for the Ministry of Justice, where he played a pivotal role in researching, drafting laws, and acting as the government's legal counsel in various treaty negotiations.

Dr. Tuan is a visiting lecturer at Ha Noi Law University and the National Economics University, teaching on topics such as International Arbitration and Media and International Business Law. Additionally, he imparts his expertise on investor-state dispute resolution to Vietnamese lawyers and officials through the Vietnam Judicial Academy. Dr. Tuan has authored numerous legal articles and books, particularly on the topic of foreign investment in Vietnam.

Binh Thanh Nguyen

Binh Thanh Nguyen earned his Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Telecommunications from Hanoi University of Technology, achieving an outstanding average of 8.23/10. His educational journey also includes certifications such as the IBM Certified System Administrator, Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP), and Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator/Engineer (MCSA/MCSE). Thanh Binh currently serves as a Technical Consultant and Manager at Zigma jsc..

Prior to this, he held the position of Team Leader and Consultant in the System Integrated Department at ELCOM Corp. Some of his notable projects include the deployment of the OTA system for one of the largest telecommunication conglomerates Vinaphone, serving as a System Engineer, and contributing as a System Consultant on projects like the MCA System for Vinaphone and the CDP (Content Delivery Platform) for Mobifones.

Trung Quoc Nguyen

Trung Quoc Nguyen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Hanoi Law University, a Post-graduate Diploma of Legal Study from the University of Canberra in Australia, and a Legal Practising Certificate from the Judiciary Academy. Since March 2022, Trung has served as a Legal Counsel at Standard Chartered (Vietnam) Limited, where he handles corporate and institutional banking matters, trade transactions, financial market transactions, and contract drafting.

Prior to joining Standard Chartered Limited, Trung championed handling of legal issues, information disclosure, and relationships with shareholders at one of Vietnam’s big 4 state banks - the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam as a member of the Board of Directors Assistant Team. Trung previously served as a legal counsel on matters in relation to litigation, dispute resolution, contract drafting, compliance, and foreign branches management at Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank. He also worked at Investconsult Group, Global Green Company (India), and NHQuang & Associates and accumulated international exposure to various jurisdictions and international clientele.

Son Tran

Son Tran holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Banking from the Academy of Finance in Hanoi. He is a full member of CPA Australia and a CFA Level 2 candidate. Currently serving as an Investment Manager at Teko Ventures, a member of VNLIFE Holding - one of Vietnam's two unicorns, Son pioneers industry research and evaluates investment opportunities that power the current 15+ company ecosystem of VNLIFE over various sectors. He oversees due diligence, prepares investment pitches, manages legal aspects, and supports portfolio companies in various key areas such as product development, operations optimization, and overseas expansion and has played a pivotal role in elevating VNLIFE to the current unicorn status.

Previously, Son contributed significantly to the Military Insurance Corporation, a top non-life insurer in Vietnam where as a Manager in the Finance and Planning department, where he analysed the competitive landscape, monitored strategy implementation, and forecasted business performance. He was instrumental in building financial models to support fundraising efforts, collaborating with various departments to finalise annual budgets, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements for a listed company engaging in diverse sectors and geographies.

Earlier in his career, Son gained extensive experience as an Audit Manager of the Financial Service Group at KPMG Vietnam Limited. In this role, he mastered consulting, preparing and verifying statutory audits of financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Tung Nam Tran

Tung Nam Tran holds a J.D. degree from Temple University's Beasley School of Law, an MBA from DePaul University's Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, and a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University. As an Associate at YKVN LLC from 2018 to 2022, Tung has played a key role in major projects including assisting Chinese investors in acquiring shares in Vietnamese companies, conducting due diligence for construction corporations, advising on the sale of secondary shares, and supporting acquisitions in various sectors, from technology to real estate. Tung also served as a legal counsel on anti-corruption matters and contractual disputes during his tenure at YKVN LLC.

Tung has been trusted to lead law practice across numerous sectors including pharmaceutical industry, corporate and M&A deals, construction, dispute resolution, antitrust, and anti-corruption. As a member of the New York Bar, he has offered guidance to various entities, from pharmaceutical companies and construction corporations to automobile subsidiaries, on complex legal issues, settlements, and compliance in Vietnam and international markets.
